| This charming pin is a great example of the some of the unsigned pieces made in Taxco in the 1930's and 1940's. The pin measures 3 1/2" long and has a wingspan of 3 1/2". The body is made from cast sterling silver and the applied wings are from handwrought sheeting. Dangling from the bird's beak is a 5/8" x 5/8" repousse heart with turquoise stone center. It is in excellent condition and is hallmarked "Silver Made in Mexico". It also has the name "Dopey" inscribed. | |||||||
