These dramatic, long Georgian earrings are circa 1830. They are 15k gold, hand engraved
and set with beautiful translucent milky chalcedony. They measure a bold 3 1/4 inches long from the top of the wire x 3/4 inches across the bottom. The condition is excellent. The original ear wires have been replaced with gold wires that allow for a perfect fit. Early, period earrings such as these are so difficult to find, and these are a lovely, dramatic example.

This Scottish silver agate bracelet is circa 1860. It is of the finest quality both in design and execution. This work is the most time consuming as the beauty is defined by the level of skill and artistry of the lapidary. I have not had a bracelet like this for sale in many years, as they have always been rare to find. ...click for details

Extremely rare Scottish agate brooch, circa 1860-1880. This brooch set in sterling, has finely inlaid agates set invisibly one to the other. The colors meld so perfectly that the eye catches the subtle play of color uninterrupted by any adornments. The striping is created by several pieces of agates placed together, seamlessly forming a pattern. What is also distinctive, is the central sterling silver cross, the Cross of St. Andrew. It is as subtle as the beautiful colors of the agates. The t ...click for details
