These antique diamond earrings are Flemish, circa 1790. Set in silver and backed in gold, they have a beautiful patina. The diamonds are rough cuts, typical of the period and set in tiny pockets of silver. The diamonds are foiled back to reflect light, and the silver is then hand crimped around each stone. This gold,rock crystal and garnet pendant is circa 1890. It is designed with a large central faceted rock crystal bezel set in 15k gold and accented with four Hessonite garnets. The garnets, called Hessonite are red, with a rich brown cast. The are set in beautiful ornate bezels as seen in the photos. The pendant measures 2 inches from the top of the bail x 1 1/4 across. The condition is excellent. It is beautiful and dramatic worn on a ribbon or chain.

This 15k Georgian garnet brooch is circa 1820. It is rarer in form having a beautiful vitreous enamel panel topped with a gold collet set garnet. The perimeter of the brooch has foiled back flat cut garnets with faceted edges. The garnets are almondine with a beautiful hue, and set in hand crimped gold mounts. The pearls are all natural and well matched for color. The reverse has all original mounts and a secure C-clasp. The snake motif and its symbolism for eternal love became popularized after Albert presented a snake ring to Victoria upon their betrothal. This 15k brooch is circa 1860, and has a coiled snake dangling a heart from its mouth. The reverse of the heart reveals a closed locket with plaited hair. The stones are rich cabachon garnets that are foiled back to reflect light. It measures 2 inches across x 1 7/8 down. It is all original including the c-clasp and t-bar. The condition is excellent.

These 14k carnelian earrings are from the Art Deco period, circa 1920. They have long torpedo shaped drops that articulate from a chain attached to the top carnelian. The carnelians are translucent and are a beautiful rust color.They are a graceful 1 7/8 inches long x 2/8 inches wide. They are all original including the ear fittings and are in excellent condition.

These gold Art Deco earrings have a classical design. They have faceted rock crystal drops with contrasting black onyx tops.
