| This pin circa 1820, is most interesting, not only for its considerable age but for its content. It has a surround of natural pearls and encased under a beveled glass is hair. The hair is done with three colors and joined by gold thread. It is in the pattern of Prince Edward's feathers, the symbol for the Prince of Wales. Remarkably, it is in near mint condition. Everything is original, including the mounts. This 9k pin measures 1 inch across x 3/4 inches down. This must have been well loved and cared for through the ages. | ||||||
