| This realistically designed rose diamond lizard brooch is circa 1890. It is finely detailed and set in silver topped rose gold. This little critter is fully equipped with rose diamonds set on the body, tails and legs, cabachon ruby eyes and a forked tongue. It measures 2 3/8 inches long x 3/4 inches across the span of the feet. This size is perfect for sweater,coat or hat. The reverse has the original mounts and pin stem. The closure is a safety(correct for the period) and it is marked 14k. It is completely original and in excellent condition. Charming, lovely, American, circa 1890 | |||||||||
