Sales Policy

I will do my very best to ensure that all descriptions ,
attributions and dating of all articles catalogued
for sale on these pages are accurate to the best of
my ability. (I have been dealing in Oriental ceramics and works of art for over 20 years). If you are dissatisfied, then I will make a refund provided
that the purchaser advises me by e-mail within
14 days of receipt of item and returns the item to me in the condition it was sent.

Items will be shipped in bubble wrap in flo-pac
(expanded polystyrene) inside new cardboard boxes.
Postage and packing will be at cost and shipment will be at buyers risk. Insured, priority shipping can be arranged at a cost of Ł5 ($10) per parcel (I strongly recommend this for any package valued at over Ł100 ($200), particularly if being shipped to China.)

Customers' items will be posted with relevant
customs declarations attached in order to avoid
attracting import duties where appropriate.

BUT:- I HAVE HAD QUITE A FEW REQUESTS LATELY TO DECLARE LOW VALUATIONS ON CUSTOMS FORMS. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I AM NOT PREPARED TO AGREE TO SUCH A REQUEST AND THAT YOU SHOULD JUDGE YOUR PRICING ACCORDINGLY.
