A charming papier mache box covered in black lacquer and decorated with a japanese scene. The interior is divided into 3 sections to hold playing cards and scorers.Probably dating from c.1900. it measures 7 3/4x4 1/4x1 1/4inches (19.6x10.9x3.2 cms).
There are chips to one corner of the lid and the interior rim. It is in good condition.
It includes 3 scorers and a set of rules.
