An unusual belt, probably burmese. made from finely woven silver wire with cast silver buckle and repousse end. It weighs 7 3/4oz. Probably dating from the early C20th., it measures 31 1/4 inches overall (Max waist size 28 inches). There is some minor damage to the belt (see photos}

A very fine burmese silver buckle in high relief repousse work (hammered out from the back). Dating from the 2nd half of the C19th., it measures 2.6inches long and 1.3inches from top to bottom.This is a beautiful piece of silversmithing and is in excellent condition.
