A pair of french candlesticks made of onyx and ormolu in the empire style.
These are outside my field of expertise but I am guessing they date from the 2nd half of the C19th.. They stand 5 1/2inches (14 cms) high.
The metalwork requires some cleaning (which may be a specialist or easy task. I do not know but have not risked trying myself).See p ...click for details
