A chinese stoneware pottery teapot from the Yixing (I-Hsing) kilns. It is engraved with a bird it a tree and calligraphy. There is a mark to the base and 2 more inside the lid. Dating from the C20th., it measures 5 7/8inches (15 cms) from tips of spout and handle. It is in very good condition. |
