A Chinese beaker vase decorated in famille rose enamels with a pheasant on rockwork to one side and a flower basket to the other. Dating from the mid C18th., it stands 9 1/8inches (23.1 cms) high. There is a large flake restuck to the footrim with a little loss of paste. It has a brown firing spot to the body (original). It is in otherwise good condition. |
