An unusual chinese porcelain brush washer covered in a deep flambe glaze pooling thickly at the base to form "feet". The base has burnt orange in the firing. The thick glaze to the interior has crystalised and crazed slightly. Probably dating from the late C18th/ early C19th., it measures 4 inches (10 cms) long Max. It is in good condition. |
