A Japanese card or cigarette case made of patinated iron and inlaid with silver and gold with a lake scene. There is a signature to the interior. Dating from the late Meiji / Taisho period, it measures 3 1/4inches (8.2 cms) across. There is some very minor degradation to the iron and the interior elastic in need of replacement. |
