Sales Policy
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

Tickle My Fancy guarantees all items to be as described and shown. If an item is not stamped, we have it tested professionally and guarantee it to be as quoted. If you are not complete satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping and insurance costs.

The returned item(s) must be in like condition as received. Any altered or damaged items will not be accepted for return. PLEASE NOTIFY Tickle My Fancy immediately of your intention to return any item, preferably by phone although emails will suffice. Also, please note: Due to the nature of antique, vintage, and estate jewelry and other items, there are no partial refunds if your purchase is not to your complete satisfaction.

There is a restocking fee of 3% for any items which had a purchase price of $500 or more. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, in addition to postage fees.

We want our clients to be satisfied and delighted with each and every purchase and are committed to having 'win' 'win' relationships with everyone we do business with. Our photos and descriptions show and describe any wear or imperfections for each piece so that our clients have as much information as possible prior to their choosing to purchase. Also please note: Unfortunately, there are no returns on items purchased through our layaway plan.

LAYAWAY OPTION:

To take advantage of payment via our layaway option, please call or email to review specifics.

Tickle My Fancy will forward an agreement tailored to your needs, to be mutually agreed to, which will include specific payment amounts and dates. Please note: We do require a 30% deposit to participate in our layaway option. There are no charges to you to take advantage of this option, other than the price of the item(s) and the usual shipping and insurance costs.

We encourage clients who are really 'tickled' by one of our pieces to contact us to arrange a purchase which will work for all of us.

PAYMENT:

We accept credit card payments through PayPal.com with shipment to your confirmed address (credit card billing address) only. We also accept money orders, certified checks and personal checks drawn on U.S. banks. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Items will be promptly shipped after all funds, checks, money orders and bank checks have cleared.

SHIPPING FEES AND INSURANCE:

Unless otherwise stated, all costs for shipping, handling and insurance are the buyers' responsibility. Charges will be defined and added to price of item purchased.

INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY:

All international shipments will be declared at purchase cost for customs and will be marked as merchandise. Buyer is responsible for any custom charges or tarrifs.

SHIPPING DAMAGES:

Damage claims through the U.S. Postal Service are the buyers' responsibility. However, Tickle My Fancy will assist in any way possible by sending buyers necessary papers and insurance receipts.
