This is a fine late Victorian 14k yellow gold watch chain with a hand engraved heart-shaped slide, c. 1900. The chain measures 62" long and has a gold swivel - the slide measures 7/16" x 7/16". The length is 31 1/2" with the chain doubled and including the swivel. The slide and swivel are marked 14k and all parts (including the chain) test solid 14k gold with a total weight of 21.8 grams.
