We stand behind our items. GUARANTEE: If an item is proven not as listed, return it for a 100% refund of the amount you paid. Just return the original item to us within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition that we sent it. Shipping insurance is required on all shipped items. Buyer pays shipping, and insurance costs for both the purchase and the return. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay for packing, shipping and insurance. We can bring items (that UPS will ship - they do have a size limit) to the UPS store, otherwise buyers must contact a shipping company to make arrangements. Antique Transport is an option and can be contacted by email at: Antiquetransport@cs.com Final arrangements and agreements are strictly between buyer and shipper. Seller is not responsible for the buyer's choice of a shipper or any occurrences during shipping. We do not offer packing or shipping service.
