Late Kangxi Period (1654 - 1722) Chinese porcelain rooster. On rough-hewn treestump bases with one talon raised and heads turned to the side, classic period redish brown finely artistic head and comb, his body, wings and feathers glazed in pale blue, the plumage details incised.
