Payment Please note: All payment must be in US Dollars and only payments made for the exact price of the purchase plus applicable shipping and insurance will be accepted. For fastest service Payment may be made through Paypal using any major credit card or bank transfer. Our paypal payment address is email@example.com, We do not accept direct bank transfers. Direct payment may be made via American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa Cards or through Western Union wire transfer. We also accept payment via personal check, certified check or money order, However shipment will be held until your payment clears our bank. Orders delivered within NY State must add 8.375% sales tax unless a valid tax waver certificate is provided.
Shipping Postage is paid by the buyer and all packages are insured by us against loss, However although we make every effort to pack items securely The Time Machine Co. cannot accept responsibility for damage during transit, Unless the appropriate amount of additional insurance is purchased by the buyer. Please inquire for an estimated quote. All shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances. Items will normally be packed and shipped via the US Post Office within 5 business days of payment. Please note actual delivery time varies due to many factors and on request we will provide tracking information where applicable. Foreign customers should note that delivery may be considerably delayed by local customs authorities. A customs # will be provided on request. A customs form must accompany every foreign shipment , we will not lie on a customs form as this is a crime so please do not bother asking us to do so. Shipping fees are based on size, value and weight of package . Typical fees are as follows: Small items such as coins , amulets etc. under $100 total value, $ 4 domestic $ 8 foreign. Larger items (5 or more inches), 3 or more multiple items shipped together $8 domestic and $11 foreign. Fragile items such as glass, $12 domestic $15 foreign Heavy items such as stone sculpture or other packages over 2 lb total weight, please inquire for a quote. Special services such as Express or Registered mail are extra please inquire for quote.

Returns and Guarantee of Authenticity All items are guaranteed for the life of the Time Machine Co. as being authentic regarding age and origin as described. A C.O.A will be provided on request. An item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt but you must call or e-mail first for permission. Items may be returned at any time in the future for a refund of the purchase price or exchange as long as the Time Machine Co is still in existence if the authenticity is questioned for any reason. The original bill of sale must accompany all returns and all returns must be in the same condition as shipped. Damaged or altered items may not be returned for any reason.
