The plate is in very good ++ condition with no chips or cracks. There is a bit of mineral deposits or kiln dust from the manufacturing process which is perfectly normal for the date of manufacture. The oriental design is polychrome hand painted enamel paint over pink or red transfer. The cup is 2.25 inches high and the deep saucer or tea bowl is 1.25 inches high by 5.65 in diameter with no maker's marks except the script number 153 on the saucer which is normal.
