I got it in England. The fob consists of a folded black gros grain ribbon and a gold filled pin holding an engraved seal fob and gold filled fittings with a gold filled chain. The fob measures 6.75 inches long by 1.25 inch wide with a 4.5 inch long chain. The seal fob is beautifully hand engraved in script. The momogram is CTF, I believe. The fob measures measures 5.5 inches long by 1 inch wide with a 4.5 inch long chain. The disc is just less than 1 inch in diameter. It is in very good condition. The only flaw is a bit of plate wear near the jump ring on the disc.
