This is a Lord Nelson, Elijah Cotton, England cream and sugar in the Rosetime chintz pattern by with gold trim dating to to 1930-1940s. Both the cream and sugar 2.25 inches high, the creamer is 5 inches spout to handle and the sugar bowl or basin is 3.25 inches square. This is a really neat vintage art deco paisley teapot from an unknown maker that I brought home from England recently. The teapot is faceted and has a rust, orange and brown paisley and has a 1930s British Registry mark. Royal Winton and Wade potteries of Staffordshire, England made the exact same pattern at the same time, but I don't know the maker of this tea pot.
