This is a rare and lovely bone china teacup and saucer commemorating the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II of England in 1953. The maker is Radford's china, England and the quality is superb. The design features the Queen in her Trooping the Color outfit in black and white surrounded by flags, animals from her coat of arms and an inscribed band with gold trim The teacup has a rare and unusual feature of a handle with a crown on it. The cup is 3 inches high and the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter. The set is in very good++ condition with no chips, cracks and only minor wear.
