Victorian Cased Art Glass Pitcher English Ruffled Top

This is an antique English victorian cased blown art glass pitcher or jug made 1880-1900 in a pale creamy yellow cased with clear glass. The mouth blown pitcher has an applied clear handle that is very organic and a lovely ruffled rim showing off the cased glass. The pitcher measures 7 inches high by 3.5 inches in diameter and has a partially ground pontil. The pitcher has a striated or swirled texture on the outside and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A lovely piece of what I have to call art glass.
