Antique Pocket Watch Elgin Half Hunter 16sz 17 Jewel

This is an Elgin Company, USA pocket watch with a 17 jewel wind up movement. The pocketwatch has a 14kt gold filled 20 year half hunter case and has engine turned engraving on the back as well as hand engraving on the edges of the case. The back of the case has a hand engraved script monogram initials of RVM. The case also has an ornately carved fancy bow. The watch movement serial number is #29322368, the case number is # 7624635 and the watch is dated by serial number 1926-1927. The pocket watch measures 1.75 inches in diameter and is a 16 size with a matte silvered dial with second hand in the 6 o'clock position. The pocketwatch runs well and is in very good +++ condition with just 1 tiny dimple dent seen in the photos on the back outside rim. A wonderful piece. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.
