Derby Silver Figural Napkin Ring Chick On Wishbone

This is an antique figural napkin ring by Derby Silver Company, USA in the shape of a chick with a cracked eggshell edged barrel on a wishbone. The barrel is hand engraved Best Wishes and To Georgie. The silver plated napkin ring measures 2.5 inches high by 4 inches long by 2.5 inches wide and features the round coin mark used on napkin rings from Derby from 1873-1898. The napkin ring is pictured on page 112 of Figural Napkin Rings by Gottschalk and Whitson. The napkin ring has no damage and has absolutely perfect patina of a victorian unpoilished silver piece. And the chick is so cute!
