| This is a beautiful example of a Luristan spear point, ca. 800 B.C., completely intact with long tang for attachment, uppermost part of blade showing double blood grooves on both sides. The patina on this piece is outstanding, being overall blue-green in appearance with good deposits of green malachite, red cuprite and touches of deep blue oxides as seen in some of the enlargements. Overall length of 14 inches. | ||
