Durand in Vineland, N.J., produced this fantastic Blue Lustre vase circa 1920's. It has the strongest blue and purple iridescence I have ever seen on a Durand Lustre vase. It is Form 1730, which can be seen on page 166 of Meschi and is in excellent condition with slight base wear from age. Polished pontil, fire-polished rim; 6 3/4 in. High by 4 in. Wide. Unsigned, but guaranteed old and original.
This Art Deco vase was made by Steuben, in the 1920's, in their Bristol Yellow color. It has a rectangular shape with beveled corners and a lovely diagonal optic ribbed pattern. Very good condition with light wear appropriate to its age. 7 1/4 in. High by 4 in. Wide. Signed on the bottom with the Steuben Fleur de Lis acid etch signature.
A stunning miniature cabinet vase by Steuben in their Gold Aurene color, circa 1910-15. The vase has a great form with four pinched in sides and a flared rim. Excellent condition, measuring 2 1/2 in. A beautiful set of twelve Cut Crystal Champagnes by Hawkes. These glasses have hand cut designs on the bowl, stem and foot that were done by the master craftsmen of this New York Company. Hawkes sometimes used Steuben blanks for pieces like these. Each glass is in very good condition, stands 6 in. High by 4 in. Wide and is signed "HAWKES" on the base. Steuben produced this Art Deco Crystal vase in a Grotesque pattern in the 1920's-1930's. Under the direction of Frederick Carder this American firm made world-class art glass. This monumental irridescent art glass vase was produced by Steven Lundberg in their "POUT" pattern. Its multi-colored drapery pattern is in the style of pieces made by Durand or Quezal. The overall condition is excellent and the dimensions of the vase are 11 3/4 in High by 5 1/4 in Wide. Signed "S. LUNDBERG GLASS ART 2000" on the base and has the original gold foil label.
