Estimated weights on the stones are: sapphire = .65ct; diamonds = .50ct tw. Currently this ring is a size 7 with an expandable mounting to accomodate large knuckles, but may be sized to fit. The face of the ring measures 1/2 in. high by 5/8 inch wide.
