This 18kt yellow gold ring has nine square cut sapphires bezel set in a diamond pattern surrounded by seventy bead set round brilliant cut diamonds on the shank. Currently this ring is a size 7 1/2, but may be sized to fit. The ring measures 5/8 in. wide in the front by 1/4 in. wide in the reverse. Hallmarked 18k on the inside of the shank.
