This is an extreamly rare Loetz console set. The vase and candlesticks are in the Ausfuhrung 226 decor, Camelienrot (pink) and cobalt apaillion. Both the vase and the candlesticks stand 8 1/2" tall. The vase is approximately 3 1/2" at its widest and just over 3" at the top, with a ground pontel and a fire polished rim. The candlesticks are 3 3/4 inches across at the base and 2 1/2" at the top. This fabulous trumpet form vase was produced in Czechoslovakia, circa 1920’s-30’s. Standing over 12 inches tall by 6 ¾ inches wide it is in excellent condition. It has an eight sided star form around the black trimmed rim and is covered in a multi colored spatter design. It also has an all over threaded pattern intermixed with the spatter décor. Polished pontil, fire polished rim. A must have for collectors of tango, bohemian or Czech. Glass.
