| This loetz vase is a nice example of the Ausführung 134 decor. It is a vibrant translucent pink color over a silver marbleized base and then cased with a top layer of crystal. The secessionist gilt border of a floral design gives the top of this piece nice touch. The gild top does shows normal wear due to age but overall the vase is in good condition with no chips or cracks. Measuring 7 1/4 inches tall by 4 inches at its widest, with a polished ponitl and rim. Circa 1910. Please note that this piece was hard to photograph, so any white spots in photos you see are due to reflection on the clear cased layer. | |||||||
