| This hand made Sterling Silver belt buckle in the famous Armadillo design was made by Hector Aguilar. Its elegant design and craftsmanship make it an very rare and collectible part of history for today's enthusiast of Mexican jewelry. Measuring 6" end to end and 2 3/4" wide at the widest center oval the buckle is in excellent condition and all original. Marked Sterling and Signed for Hector Aguilar. Recently acquired from a private estate this buckle, along with the accompanying necklace, have never been offered for public sale. They were purchased by the original owner from the maker on one of their yearly trips to Mexico. This monumental buckle would be an important addition to any private or public collection and will surely appreciate in value in the years to come. | ||||||||
