| Tiffany & Co. produced this sterling Silver Flatware service in the “PERSIAN PATTERN”, circa 1900. This set is a six piece service for twelve and comes in the original Suede lined Oak box by Tiffany. The box is decorated with Bronze hardware that is signed by "Tiffany & Co.". A plaque that reads "Tiffany & Co. Silversmiths" also adorns the interior of the chest. The flatware consists of the following: (12) Eight in. Dinner Forks; (12) 7 1/4 in. Lunch Forks; (12) 8 3/4 in. Dinner spoons; (12) 7 1/2 in. Lunch spoons; (12) 6 1/4 in. Teaspoons; (12) 5 in. Demi Tasse Spoons with Gold Wash Bowls. Each piece is marked "M TIFFANY & Co STERLING PAT. 1872" on the reverse and has a fancy intertwined script monogram of "GHS". The set is in wonderful condition, as one family has only owned it since it was purchased. A very rare and desirable set of Tiffany Sterling Flatware that is hardly ever seen in a service this large and in its original storage chest. | |||||||||||||
