The body is overlaid with an intricately patterned filigree decoration and then with detailed multicolour enamels with delicate shadings thus creating the rich and complex plumes of the bird.Tiger's eye gemstone is used to bring a life like quality to the face, the interior is washed in gilt and stamped "silver" on the inside of the cover whlist semi-precious stones enhance the look of opulence. condition: excellent. size: 5 3/4 inches (9.9cm) high. age: C. 1920 | ||||||||||||||
