Great silver-plate-mounted, three bottle, oak tantalus, with key and working lock, London, England, 1880's-1890's. Decanters are in excellent condition and are hob-nail cut. @11 1/4" high (to top of handle) x @13" across base x @4 3/4" deep. Each decanter is @8 1/2" high (to top of stopper) x @3" square. Silver plating is in excellent condition. A really nice item to own.
Beautiful, Sheffield plate corinthian column candlesticks, Hawksworth & Eyre,Sheffield, England, Ca. 1870's (hallmark was used from 1850-1873). @10" high with @4 1/4" square bases. Wreaths design the capitals of the fluted columns; bases are designed with lion's heads, swags and medallions. Bases are beaded as are the removable bobeches. Plate is in excellent condition.
