Sheffield plated, three-bottle tantalus, Sheffield, England, Ca. 1910, Walker and Hall- makers. Has original key. Simple design; handle is etched with flowers. When the key is turned in the lock, the three bottles tilt forward, allowing easy access to them. Lovely sterling silver mantel clock, Reed and Barton, Taunton, Mass., Ca. 1915. Clock is supported by (and swivels on) two "pillars" which are decorated with foliate designs. The @9" x @2 1/4" base is decorated with acanthus leaves. Clock is (overall) @8 3/4" high x @6 1/2" wide (pillar to pillar).
