Decorated with hummingbirds, lily pads (the "stems" of which swirl around the frame) and a lily pond at the bottom. @12 1/2" high x @10 1/4" wide; will hold a 7" x 9" photo. Has been re-backed in forest green velvet. Normal wear.

Silver plate three-bottle tantalus, Walker and Hall, Sheffield, England,Ca.1900.Bottles (cut in a striped pattern with a "starburst" on underside)are original, as is the key. Has an unusual opening mechanism: when the key is turned in the lock, the bracket holding the bottles tilts forward, allowing the bottles to be easily removed. Normal wear on wood, with a very, very slight curve to the rear panel.
