| Pair of sterling silver mounted-on-velvet picture frames, Birmingham, England, 1904. Silver is pierced (allowing the forest green velvet to show through)and is foliate in design. Although the frames are "square," the portion through which the photo is seen is round. The border is @7" square; the round portion will show a @3 3/4" photo, but will take a 5"x5" photo.Frames have been re-backed in forest green velvet. Normal wear. | |||||
