The white and gold chicken was made in Czechoslovakia and is 7 3/4 inches tall and 4 3/4 inches long. The ceramic chicken dates from the 1940s. The gold touches on the tail, head, wing tips and feet and the bright orange breast add pizazz to the white body.

The majestic rooster was produced by Stewart B McCulloch, a California potter in the 1940s. The rooster is 9 7/8 inches tall and 7 inches long. There has been a repair on the comb of the rooster, but the colors of greens, yellows, pinks and turquoise are vivid. This is a great addition to a collection or as a single display piece.

The figurine of the owl and the squirrel is 3 1/4 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches wide and is in perfect condition. The knives measure 9 1/4 inches long and have a serrated edge for cutting. This traditional looking pattern mixes well with many similar patterns. The knives are as new and in excellent condition. The spoon is marked Sterling and a crown, a W, and a lion indicates the maker's mark for Watson & Newell Co. The spoon is 6 inches long and the bowl measures 2 inches by 1 1/4 inches across. The spoon dates from the 1920s and is in perfect condition.
