The Victoria, Austria china luncheon plate has a delightful pattern of roses and rosebuds encircling the center of the plate. The scalloped edge has a beaded pattern and the plate measures 9 inches across. Victoria was the largest factory of commercial china products in Austria and this plate dates from the period between 1904 and 1918. The back reads: Victoria, Austria with a crown. The Royal Doulton Luncheon or small dinner plate has a floral bouquet in the center with a greenish/turquoise border along the scalloped edge. The plate is in the "Kingswood" pattern. On the back is the Royal Doulton crest topped with a lion and it reads: Made in England Royal Doulton England Kingswood D 6301. The plate dates from the early to mid-1950s. This is a beautiful example of Bavarian china. The cake plate with its lush lilacs and gold decoration measures 11 1/2 inches and has a scalloped edge. The mark on the back was used from 1900 to 1920 dating this plate to pre- World War 1. The cake plate would make a great display piece which can be used for serving as well.
