The 2-piece roast carving set has a knife that is 12 7/8 inches long and a fork that is 10 1/4 inches long. Both the knife and the fork have sterling handles that measure 4 1/2 inches. The pistol grip handles are decorated with leaves and are marked "Sterling". The knife has a stainless blade and the fork has stainless tines. The carving set is in very good condition.

The unframed needlepoint and petite point picture measures 16 1/4 inches by 11 1/2 inches on a canvas (Dritz French luxury canvas) that measures 21 1/4 inches by 17 1/2 inches. This lovingly done needlepoint picture depicts a guardian angel hovering over two children keeping them from danger. The details are done in petite point and it really is a beautiful scene.

The subject is an arrangement of calla lilies (arum lilies) against a maroon background. The vintage sterling silver napkin ring is engraved with the name, "Jean". The napkin ring is a flattened round making it an elongated oval and measures 2 1/8 inches long by 5/8 inch tall. The napkin ring is marked with a lion, an anchor, and the letter G indicating that it was manufactured by Gorham. It also is marked " Sterling 1925 B" dating it to 1925. It is in excellent condition.

The sterling silver bowl is 1 3/4 inches tall including the knob at the top and is 1 3/4 inches across. The small footed bowl dates from c 1960s and was probably intended to serve sweetener tablets. It could be used as a salt cellar too. The bowl is marked Sterling and WEB. The size and proportion of the bowl makes it a perfect miniature.

The English sterling silver salt shakers are hallmarked: Anchor/Lion/E which indicates that they were made in Birmingham, England in 1929. There is also a maker's mark. The slat shaker is 2 3/4 inches tall and we have two available. One has a very small dent and there is some very slight pitting. They are a really useful and attractive pair.

The footed sterling silver salt with the blue enameled bowl was made in Denmark. It measures 1 7/8 inches across the top and 7/8 inches tall. The salt dates from c. 1950s. There is one pit in the center of the blue bowl that was, no doubt, caused by using it with salt.
