The stunning silver plate sugar shell was made by Wm Rogers & Son and the pattern, "Corona", was discontinued in 1911. The handle has a floral motif, but it is the shape of the bowl that makes this such an attractive item. The sugar spoon measures 6 inches and the bowl or shell is 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. The Victoria, Austria china luncheon plate has a delightful pattern of roses and rosebuds encircling the center of the plate. The scalloped edge has a beaded pattern and the plate measures 9 inches across. Victoria was the largest factory of commercial china products in Austria and this plate dates from the period between 1904 and 1918. The back reads: Victoria, Austria with a crown. The Royal Doulton Luncheon or small dinner plate has a floral bouquet in the center with a greenish/turquoise border along the scalloped edge. The plate is in the "Kingswood" pattern. On the back is the Royal Doulton crest topped with a lion and it reads: Made in England Royal Doulton England Kingswood D 6301. The plate dates from the early to mid-1950s.
