| The Victorian Necessaire is a small treasure. It measures 1 3/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches and has a loop to attach it to a chain or chatelaine. A small lip on the inside would hold possibly beauty patches or something of similar size in place. It has a monogram: AJS. It is marked "Sterling" and "PAT A.R.T. Mfg Co. Pat. Re.
