This ancient stone carving plate displays a meditating Buddha sitting in what appears to be a temple setting. On the back of the stone, there is another carving of a Buddha. The entire statues is carved out of one single stone. The details of this stone statue is impeccable, creating an elusion of an actual meditation temple in one single piece of stone. Size: 12" Wide by 4.5" Deep by 19" Tall. Weight: 100 pounds. Circa 1850.
