A very pretty antique silver christening mug with a repoussé scene of cherubs and rabbits. Hallmarked Birmingham 1909, and with initials on the front that appear to be IAW. A very attractive and decorative child's mug.

Condition: Very good. Tiny pushed out dots on the base. Minor, and do not detract.

Lovely small silver Georgian vinaigrette by Samuel Pemberton C. 1816. Interior is gilded with a simple pierced grill that opens to show a small sponge on the inside. The vinaigrette has a curved shape to the top and bottom with a floral design on both. Top has a small engraved square with initials that appear to be EFC. Hallmarked on the inside lid. A very pretty piece.

Condition: Very good. Closes firmly. No dents.

An exquisite engine turned silver vinaigrette by Taylor & Perry C. 1852. Beautiful engraving with a raised twisted decorative edge around the top and bottom. Interior of the vinaigrette is gilded and the grill has a very elaborate scroll work design. Exceptional workmanship. A heavy piece that closes perfectly. Engraved with the initials AB on the top face, and hallmarked on the inside of the lid.

Condition: Excellent.

A lovely figural spoon which would have fit on a jar for cayenne pepper. The head of the spoon in in the shape of a devil head which suits the spoons use for hot pepper, and the design is quite detailed. A very interesting figural piece that dates to Birmingham 1904.

A lovely sterling silver and coral Georgian baby rattle and whistle. Exquisite clean cut Georgian lines with delicate engraving all over the surface. The piece has six bells, a ring to enable it to be hung around the neck, and a beautiful piece of coral for teething and good luck. The whistle still works. The rattle is hallmarked for 1813, and has the initials RPM at the top.

Condition: Very good, with a rich luster to the silver. One bell has been replaced as shown.

This is a gorgeous heart shaped Art Nouveau sterling silver mirror by William Comyns. The heart shaped beveled glass mirror has an elaborately designed sterling frame that features many decorative elements. In fact, the more one examines the piece, the more one discovers. There are cherubs, peacocks, winged lions, flowers, and a stylized face of a cat at the bottom. All these are intertwined with stylized scrolls and leaves. Exquisite quality, and with design work that is seldom seen in silver frames. Hallmarked 1892 and with the makers mark for William Comyns, noted for his beautiful cherub designs.
Back is a purple velvet color, and the mirror is self standing with a fold out stand.

Condition: Excellent. Velvet has been replaced.

Size: Height- 13 3/8 inches. Width- 10 ¾ inches.
