A lovely antique silver brooch with a large faceted smoky quartz stone in the center. The large stone has beautiful facets on the back as well. The silver surround is beautifully engraved with a design of flowers and scrolls that compliments the rich colored stone. Original C clasp and pin. A very impressive antique pin.
Condition: Very good. Under magnification there are a couple of tiny flakes on the stone, but not visible to the naked eye.
Size: 1 7/8 X 1 1/2 inches.

This is a gorgeous cobalt blue satsuma pendant, with a metal top and ring to enable it to be worn on a chain. The deep rich blue is highlighted with gold, and blue and lavender enamel work. The floral design continues around the circumference and there is a small bird and butterfly on the bottom. An exquisite pendant that would be perfect on a rich gold chain.
Condition: Very good.

I have not seen a Scottish gold and agate mourning brooch like this before. The design is of a shield with a crown on top, and the body has been tested as 9 kt gold. There is a registration mark on the back, but the date mark area is worn and difficult to read. Carnelian, green, and moss agate stones are on the face of the shield, and natural pearls are inset on the top of the crown, which is an unusual feature in itself. In the center of the open face shield is a memorial hair insert with a lock of hair with a few small pearls and twist of gold wire.
A very attractive and unique Scottish brooch.
Condition: Very good. Under magnification there is a bit rubbing to the glass face of the mourning insert.

A very attractive Czechoslovakian bracelet and necklace set made of gilded metal with a lovely filigree rosette design. The pieces have cabochon turquoise paste stones set in fancy frames, and on the bottom of the necklace there is an elaborate drop with a center stone. Ring closures on both pieces. Marked Czechoslovakia. Exceptional workmanship.
Condition: Very good.
Size: Necklace- length 16 inches. Drop- 1 1/2 inches long.
Bracelet- 7 inches long.

Wonderful Georgian gold memorial brooch with a lovely curved piece of moss agate, perhaps bloodstone, in deep and light greens with a
large group of red dots intrinsic to the stone. Simple elegant gold setting. Long insert on the back with braided hair on the inside. Initials - MS WM, and the date 13 Jan. 1808. Brooch has a long pin and C clasp.
Condition: Very good. Deep rich color to the stone. C clasp replaced.
Size: 2 1/4 inches X 7/8 inch.

A very attractive antique gold and carnelian stone stickpin in its original box. Retailed by Birks, a famous jewelry company in Canada. Design is a cabochon carnelian in the center inset in a bezel with a rope twist edge. Outside frame is heavily engraved with scroll work. Reverse of the pin is marked "14kt Birks", as well as the box. The pin has a bulldog with it, but is not gold.
Condition: Very nice.
Size: Length- 2 5/8 inches. Top section- 5/8 X 1/2 inch.
