Beautiful Theodor Fahrner leaf design brooch with a very intricately textured gilded silver surface.
The piece is highlighted with bright marcasites in small lozenges around the surface of the open leaf design, as well as along the stem in graduating sizes. The brooch is marked ' TF 925 Original Fahrner ', and has its original pin and clasp. Beautiful workmanship.
Condition:Excellent.

This is a quite an unusual antique tested silver bracelet, with various scenes in high relief around the circumference. The two larger plaques or medallions in the front have identical images of a robed figure tending a horned animal. The two side panels have a bird with spread wings surrounded with decorative scrolls, and the closure at the back has a standing figure of a man. The piece is beautifully made and closes nicely with a tongue and groove mechanism. Quite an elaborate bracelet.
Condition: Very good. Some jewelers marks on the clasp.
Size: Width- 1 ¼ inches. Circumference around the inside – 7 inches.

This is an exquisite silver plated wrap around bracelet with an intricate design of grapes and leaves in high relief. Background is a dark oxidized color that makes a striking contrast to the bright color of the leaves and grapes. The bracelet is hinged on two sides with one side having a pin. When this pin is pulled, the bracelet opens to allow it to be placed on the wrist. A very impressive piece.
Condition: Beautiful. Minor age discoloration on the inside surface.
Size: Height- 2 inches from top to bottom on the front. 7 inches around inside circumference.

This is a large and impressive antique silver gilt snake buckle with turquoise stones representing the scales. The stones are a beautiful rich color, and the gilding is still on the silver of this vintage piece. Eyes are bright red glass.
The buckle could be made into a very striking brooch if one wished, or worn as a pendant suspended from a ribbon.
An exceptional piece, C. 1850-1880.
Condition: Very good.

A lovely large Mexican silver brooch in the design of a Quetzal bird perched on a flowering branch. The brooch is in high relief with turquoise stones in the center of the flowers., and is marked on the back.. Mexico, ave Juarez AG, Prieto. The markings are a bit worn, but still readable. I believe the brooch is hollow, which is a more difficult method of construction. Pin and safety catch fastening. A very striking piece, with a lovely luster to the silver and highlighted with the turquoise stones.
Condition: Very nice. A couple of minor dents on the back.
Size: Height- 4.5 inches.
