A really unusual and colorful Bakelite piece, showing a black Bakelite stork with a long yellow bill and yellow and black glass eyes. The sides of the stork are incised to give the effect of feathers. Bakelite base is a wonderful mottled amber color with a hexagonal lined inkwell to one side. There are two grooves in the base to hold pens, and the piece stands on four small metal feet. Really a fun Bakelite piece.
This is a very attractive Art Deco Bakelite writing seal in a rich green color with black and white highlights. Brass seal is not marked and could be engraved with personalized initials.
