This is a complete set of six guilloche enameled metal buttons and a large rectangular enameled buckle in their original leather covered case. Enamel is a rich cobalt blue with incised gold highlights and the design work is magnificent. The buttons could be used as dress buttons, or as cufflinks. Attachments for the buttons are complete. Buckle is very dramatic in appearance. Quite rare to have the set complete and in its original case. Condition: Excellent. Minor wear on the box. Size: buttons- 5/8 inch in diameter; buckle- 2 ¾ X 1 5/8 inches; box- 4 5/8 X 4 3/8 X 7/8 inches. |
