A very decorative tested silver chain with intricately engraved links. Locket is very pretty, with a cut steel effect produced by a raised lozenge design on the surface. Locket opens to reveal two halves that can be used to insert a picture or a locket of hair. Quite an impressive and dramatic piece. Condition: Overall condition is beautiful. Very small discoloration of metal on the bale. Couple of minor dings on the back which could be removed if one wished. Glass replaced with plexiglas, as glass this thin is no longer available. Size: Necklace- 16 inch neck size. Width of chain- 3/4 inch. Locket- 1 3/4 inches to top of bale. |
